Abstract: With the popularity of mobile phones, more and more information will be received as text messages. The telecommunication API is used to extract the scores of college students from SQL database, and the messaging interface of the ability platform is called to achieve Web functions of sending text messages, which are promptly released to the guardian phone, so that schools and parents work together to monitor student learning. This article firstly introduces the basic principles of telecommunication API and the interface specification, combines the actual development needs to modify the API JSON format; secondly, uses Visual Studio 2008 to build a software platform, which connects Microsoft SQL Server database; finally, extracts information from the database, uses the “event” in Visual Studio 2008 to trigger API interface to accurately send the information to the target phone. The whole process is tested and is satisfied to the development requirements.
